Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced “Client Success Delivery Partner”, to join their Delivery team in Continental Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand business goals and IT service needs.
  • Must have significant working exposure with Offshore (India) IT Partners
  • Excellent in Multi-vendor, multi-Program Management
  • Excellent depth in Insurance (PNC, Life, Health,..) domain. If (s)he has multi-country Guidewire implementation experience, it will be nice
  • Excellent in English, French (&Dutch?)
  • Proactively identify opportunities to scale existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling across various IT service lines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of IT services aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive client engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor account health metrics and provide regular performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues and escalations promptly.
  • Facilitate strategic account planning sessions to align service delivery with client growth objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to account growth and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to design tailored IT solutions for client needs.
  • Lead client review meetings to showcase value delivered and discuss future opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to advise clients on innovative IT solutions.
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations by demonstrating ongoing value and partnership impact.
